Version 2: The Champagne wine region in a new visual style! This map depicts the region with hypsometric color tints corresponding to elevation, layered with digital shaded relief. This map makes it easier to visualize the slightly elevated areas and where the Champagne vineyards cling to their edges. The vineyard areas are actual Champagne vineyards digitized from satellite imagery. This map also highlights the region's Grand and Premier Cru villages, and includes a detailed inset of the Montagne de Reims area.
